THE DEFINITION OF TERRORISM.

Allow me to begin by unequivocally stating the following:
All Acts of Terrorism are always totally unjustifiable, unethical and never result in the real interests of anyone, because the truth is, the real interests of all persons and other sentient living mammalian beings on this planet are only met when there is a sincere, honest and non-incompetent effort to meet those interests of all other persons and mammals, and every person’s, mammals, human and mammalian rights are truly respected, protected and met. ( You may quote me on this. )
Terrorism.
The Ultimate, Final, Definition of Terrorism.
Terrorism: ( is) any act, action, or series of acts, actions, including the mere serious intent to perpetrate such an act, action, or series of actions, which is intended to achieve a result regardless of the harm done to individuals, groups of individualism, and society at large, and regardless of whether such harm is lethal or causes circumstances that become lethal or seriously risk being lethal ( resulting in eventual lethal harm ) to those who are not the person, group, collusion of groups, entities, that are the ones the terrorists most directly seek to harm. When one terrorising entity that is willing to use terrorism, terrorist acts, as a method in pursuit of its overall goals, manages somehow to only harm those who are also willing to use terrorism, terrorist acts, then, while that specific act will not have harmed any innocent person/persons, and that act actually does eliminate that other terrorist entity, then that achievement does not make the surviving terrorist entity a post-terrorist entity at all, because the general willingness to harm innocent people, in an effort to achieve a specific goal, such as to harm potentially non-innocent people, still exists, and another ‘enemy’ can at any time arise or be labelled as such. When a terrorist entity manages to achieve its stated goal, then it remains a terrorist entity thereafter, regardless of what that goal may have been. Terrorism is not strictly limited to entities that generally use acts of terrorising people as their modus-operandi; as there exist entities that implement acts of terrorism sporadically or intermittently and use other harmful criminal acts, cumulatively or non-cumulatively, to achieve their goal(s). So as to be as clear as possible: any and all acts, actions taken, by any one person or groups of people which result in the deliberate or maliciously negligent harming of any single individual person or any group of people and/or other sentient mammalian living beings, are acts of terrorism, because what matters is not how by-standing observers misperceive things, but how the victims directly experience those acts, actions or even mere threats, intentions to perpetrate such crimes, and not whether or not the perpetrators deliberately planned to inclusively harm innocent individuals and groups of persons to force their way on others.
Thus Fascists of any type are essentially terrorists, since they are willing to terrorise people by acts of terrorism in order to achieve their goal(s). Fascists are any persons and/or groups of persons who are willing to use acts that are Violations of the Human Rights of individual persons, groups of people, including acts of Genocide, Attempted Genocide, War Crimes, Corporate Crimes Against the Biosphere, Sentient Mammalian Life-forms and Society. Fascists are the diametric opposite of those who are truly democratic and for democracy and thus for all the inalienable, universal, essential Human Rights, Liberties and Freedoms of all persons and groups of democratic, non-Fascist peoples.
All Fascists are Terrorists, all Terrorists are Violent Criminals, all Violent Criminals are Terrorists and Fascists or would-be-Fascists. Perpetrations of Acts of Criminal Violence cause their direct victims and others in society to feel and hence experience terror, and thus such acts terrorise persons and peoples, and are thus all acts of terrorism are perpetrated only by those who are terrorists. The mere directly implied threat to harm others by non-defensive acts of violence, given that all violent acts are non-defensive, is itself sufficient grounds to be denied the legal right to run for official government office in a democratic elections, and are also grounds to face prosecution in a secular democracy’s courts of law, where the suspect must be afforded a fair trial, to determine if there was Actus Reus and/or Mens Rea and/or Casus Belli imposed by another entity ( a person has been forced to involuntarily commit a violent act ). All so-called laws that are evidently violations of the inalienable, universal, essential Human Rights, Freedoms and Liberties of a person or group of persons are not valid laws and should be considered illegal by International Law. All governments that fail to provide guaranteed essential means for survival, for sustenance, including sufficient guaranteed basic income and guaranteed, proper, basic housing are henceforth putting society and the biosphere at risk of premature death, at risk of torture and at risk of slavery. Secular Democratic Governments must henceforth be legally bound to immediately seek to end all forms of violations of Human Rights, and thus to provide guaranteed essential means for survival, for sustenance, including sufficient guaranteed basic income and guaranteed, proper, basic housing. Failure to end poverty and home-deprivation is tantamount to abetting terrorists, i.e. fascists, i.e. violent criminals, i.e. enemies of democracy. Fascists include; Theocratic Fascists, Plutocratic Fascists, Klepto-Plutocratic Fascists, Kakistocratic Fascists, Autocratic Fascists, Authoritarianist Fascists, and any mix of the aforementioned. All Acts of Terrorism are always totally unjustifiable, unethical and never result in the real interests of anyone, because the truth is, the real interests of all persons and other sentient living mammalian beings on this planet are only met when there is a sincere, honest and non-incompetent effort to meet those interests of all other persons and mammals, and every person’s, mammals, human and mammalian rights are truly respected, protected and met.
THERE IT IS AND HAS BEEN STATED. THIS IS THE FINAL ULTIMATE DEFINITION OF TERRORISM, hence also the definition of Terrorists. I cannot conceive of any other logical definition.

This was written on the occasion of the 19th Annual Remembrance of the Terrorist Attacks of September 11, 2001, that murdered thousands of innocent people, caused immense, sometimes permanent harm to millions of the loved ones of those stolen from all Humanity on that most shocking day of terror. The aftermath of those attacks continues to cause the premature death of innocent persons. And it is a further shock to realise that even today we still do not have an internationally recognised official definition of the term ‘Terrorism’. It shows the location of the Memorial Site and Museum, where the two square-shaped depressions are where each of the two Twin Towers of The World Trade Center once stood, before they were destroyed by the terrorists who perpetrated the terrorist attacks that caused that day the premature death, i.e. the murder of 2,606 individual fellow Humans, Citizens of Planet Earth…and countless other premature deaths since. Another 125 individual fellow Humans, Citizens of Planet Earth were murdered in and around The Pentagon, not including the 59 individual fellow Humans, Citizens of Planet Earth, who were on the jet plane that was used in that particular incident, and the 39 individual fellow Humans, Citizens of Planet Earth who were on United Airlines Flight 93 that crashed in Pennsylvania, including a U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Officer, Refuge Manager, Richard Jerry Guadagno, 38 years of age, who was. Among the innocents stolen from our World and our lives that day were Humans from over 90 countries, people of all ages, of all types, of every major religious affiliation and of none, including couples, families… The total number of fellow Citizens of Earth murdered that day was no less than 2,977 and over 6000 seriously injured…and countless others seriously harmed…some of us even at a great distance from those specific attacks against Our Human Family… The perpetrators were dangerously brainwashed, selfish, cowardly, generally middle-class spoiled brats, fanatics, racists, ethnocentric terrorists, whose horrific crimes were organised and supported by monstrous fascists…including one Osama bin-Laden of the wealthy Saudi bin-Laden family. Terrorist group leaders are more often from comfortable socio-economic backgrounds, rather than the poorest of the poor, who are often recruited. There are terrorists from all kinds of religious backgrounds, and terrorists who are not at all part of any religious affiliation or background. The Attacks of 9–11–2001 were not perpetrated by moderate Muslims, but by fanatic extremists who dangerously cherry-pick and distort certain passages from The Koran, and most of the victims of these types of terrorists are themselves the moderates of their own societies. There are nationalist fascist terrorists from all sorts of countries and nationalities. Terrorism is ultimately not about religion or politics, but about criminals who seek to divide and conquer others, to enslave and torture and murder others. Religious divisions and Historical animosities between tribes, ethnic groups and nations are the fuel the terrorists ignite by their inhuman, cowardly violent acts of terror. To defeat all terrorists we need to rid the World of Fascism, of Criminality, of Racism, Xenophobia, Homophobia, Age-ism, Anti-Compassionate Selfishness, anti-Science and anti-Spirituality violent extremists. The only way to do that, as I have stated and written since the 1980s, is to popularise Deep, Open-Minded, Long-Term-oriented Philosophical Thinking, Open Society, Non-Violent Exchange of Ideas, Full Protection of the Human Rights of All Individual Persons and all Secular Democratic societies and governments.
