The ‘Secret’ to Ending Poverty is in The Solution To How To Transition Wisely Into Asimovian Robotonomics.

People often say and ask something like this of me:
“I understand that Asimovian Robotonomics….which involves Guaranteed Basic Income combined with Guaranteed Basic Housing and full securement of the Individual Human Rights, Liberties and Freedoms of each Person….is urgently and inevitably necessary to finally ensure that our Economy is Stable, Strong and Sustainable, because otherwise we’re doomed with the same Boom-Bust-Boom-Bust deadly cycles…whose victims are dragging Humanity down to the point of doom. I understand all that. But how can we implement Asimovian Robotonomics in such a way as to not inadvertently cause disaster? I’m thinking of the Landlord-Tenant-based, Real-Estate-heavy-dependent Economic reality that seems like a Gordian Knot that is strangling our World? How can we safely transition, and do so swiftly enough?”
My answer is simple:
“We must do so in Phases. Beginning with providing for those most home-deprived and impoverished who are the most vulnerable first. And we can finance this by the creation of a National Emergency Tax that will be imposed on the wealthiest percentile and which will also invite those who are just about wealthy enough, who care enough about this planet and their own future, to voluntarily contribute to this First Phase Mega-Fund. A Mega-Fund which will also buffer those at the bottom percentile of landlords dependent on the renters’ money. There will be an additional incentive for those who voluntarily help this effort; it will be to give long-term tax rate reductions that kick in once poverty and home-deprivation are non-existent. But these tax-rate reductions will come with much stronger enforcement of Luxury Level Income and Profit Taxation that will actually also come with the eradication of General Income Taxation.
The future must not be regressive, but progressive and based on sound economic, hence sound social and environmental policies, based on hard Science, Logic and Ethics.
This First Phase must begin NOW! As soon as actually possible!
Receivers of Guaranteed Provisions of Income and Housing in the first Phase will simply have to provide proof of Citizenship or Legal Long-term Residency Status, and sign a declaration that clearly states that they are truly at immediate risk, and this will be checked by government agents with a bias to hearing-out with true empathy any persons who might be misunderstood, such that only grotesquely obvious fraudsters will be prosecuted ( such as someone who actually owns luxury properties or someone whose income is ridiculously above average … but not anyone who is getting a little support from family members ).
The next Phase will begin when the mass production of human-labour-replacing robots and other machines is deliberately ramped-up, as part of the Asimovian Robotonomics long-term strategy of Liberating Humanity from Work and Excessive Stress.
This Second Phase will provide everyone Guaranteed Incomes and Housing at point of demand, merely based on proof of Citizenship or Legal Residency Status, and will result in a massive, suffering-averted overhaul, transformation of Society and the manner in which people think of Profit and of Status. Asimovian Robotonomics comes with incentivising people to limit their reproductive freedom to Two Persons per Couple/Family, and encouraging One-Child families too, but with proper methods to ensure that each Child is sufficiently provided Social Interaction with others.
The final Third Phase is simply the full Perpetuation of Asimovian Robotonomics, and happens when the only people Working are doing so in order to generate extra income. Asimovian Robotonomics is not about eliminating the right to become Wealthy, but it is about ensuring that the Wealthy are truly Well Off without any other persons being Harmed and Worse Off, and ensuring that as Humans we can begin to Heal Our Planet and Restore Mother Nature, GAIA, as much as possible by eliminating pollution and other activities that are harmful to our Common Biosphere. ~ Jean-Pierre A.
